OUR SERVICES

We conceptualize strategies and coordinate events, maximizing media exposure when applicable. The events range from conferences, seminars and exhibitions, functions, award ceremonies and celebrations, client hospitality to launches and sporting events. Each event is unique and DWCS ensures that every small detail from A to Z is carefully orchestrated.
We manage hospitality packages. These range from exciting invitations and RSVP management to travel, accommodation and hospitality functions, enabling our valued clients to relax and network with their guests knowing that any eventuality is taken care of.
Additionally we have extensive experience in national and regional fundraising activities, media and public relations.

MBALI NGQULA - Managing Director

With marketing and business management qualifications from the University of Kwa Zulu-Natal and the Wits Business School under her belt, Mbali is responsible for business development and financial management of DWCS. She sits on the board of trustees of the Unisa (University of South Africa) Foundation. Her extensive business experience includes working in:

- corporate communications
- marketing
- customer services
- advertising and sales for various corporates and major agencies.

SUZANNE WEIL

With more than 30 years in marketing, communications and sales, Suzanne is responsible for the creative endeavours and business development of DWCS. Suzanne initially launched novelty ranges and went on to develop Seapoint Auctioneers as a national concern. She has managed both the Twins Pharmaceutical and the Krok Brothers portfolios, and undertook the event management for the Young President’s Organisation.She launched Suzanne Weil & Associates in 1992, later collaborating with Elizabeth Tshabalala in a legendary fund raising partnership.During 1997 Suzanne was head-hunted by Sun International to run their public relations division. Two years later, Suzanne returned to the driving seat of her former company.

Suzanne enjoys a reputation as a visionary in the industry: she has an uncanny knack of identifying opportunities for her clients and optimizing them, ensuring maximum benefits.
